World Kindness Day…

Monday was World Kindness Day and it allowed us to reflect on Heartwood’s cultural values – genuinely care, seek excellence and lead by example. It was a wonderful day to acknowledge everything that our teams do and our fabulous guests. Throughout the business we see everyday examples of our values leading the way and our annual Appreciation Weeks which were held earlier this year highlighted what happens every day at Heartwood. 

But let’s not forget the small things on a daily basis whether it’s being there as a helping hand or offering a warm cup of tea to the team. Our amazing team at The British Queen celebrated by treating the whole team to some donuts over a natter and a cuppa!
